Ingredients
- 4 pieces salmon fillet (about 200 g)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 4 corn cobs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp butter

Wash, trim, halve, seed, remove the white membrane from the bell peppers and cut them into strips.

Parboil the corn cobs in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, drain well, brush the corn and pepper strips with butter, season with salt and pepper, and grill until golden brown.

Brush the salmon thinly with oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill each side for about 2–3 minutes.

Serve the salmon with the grilled corn and peppers.
