Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangos
- 1 bundle of chervil (30 g)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 salmon steaks (150 g each)
- 2 tbsp plant oil

Peel the mango, cut the flesh into 1 cm cubes. Wash and dry the chervil, then pluck the leaves. Mix the mango cubes with lime juice and chervil; season with salt and pepper.

Wash the salmon steaks, pat them dry, and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a grill pan; sear the salmon on the skin side for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 3-5 minutes until done.
