Ingredients
- 1 tbsp mixed chopped herbs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 pork chops (pre‑cooked, about 200 g each)

Preheat the grill.

Combine the herbs with salt, pepper and oil.

Wash the chops, pat dry, then place on the hot grill. Brush occasionally with the mixture and grill each side for about 5 minutes.

Serve plated on a dish.
