Grilled Oyster Mushrooms

Grilled oyster mushrooms: a low‑calorie, vegetarian grill delight. The protein‑rich oyster mushrooms provide the body with valuable amino acids.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp walnut kernels
- 3 stems of flat-leaf parsley
- 250 g oyster mushrooms (about 8 mushrooms)
- 2 tsp Rapeseed Oil
- Salt
- coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
Instructions

Chop the walnuts. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves and roughly chop them.

Clean the oyster mushrooms and cut off the stem base of each one.

Brush a foil or grill pan with rapeseed oil. Place the oyster mushrooms on it and grill each side for 1–2 minutes over high heat.

Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle walnut oil over, sprinkle with parsley and walnuts, and serve.
