Ingredients

  • 400 g baguette (1 large)
  • 200 g double cream fresh cheese
  • 0.5 lemon (zest)
  • 3 tbsp whipping cream
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 8 slices ham
  • 60 g tapenade (olive spread, jar)
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Slice the baguette 2 cm apart without cutting all the way through. Mix the fresh cheese with lemon zest, whipping cream, salt and pepper until smooth. Wash and dry the parsley; pinch leaves and finely chop, then fold into the cheese mixture. Cut the ham diagonally in half.

    Spread alternating layers of cheese and tapenade on the baguette slots, inserting a piece of ham into each. Split the rosemary sprig into smaller pieces and insert occasionally. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Unwrap, break apart, and serve.
