Grilled Meat Patties

Ingredients

  • 500 g mixed ground meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 loaf of bread (day-old)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the onion, then sauté in butter until translucent.

    Soak the bread in lukewarm water.

  3. 3.

    Combine the onion with parsley, drained bread, salt, pepper, marjoram, egg, and meat in a bowl; mix into a cohesive dough and shape into 8 patties.

    Brush with olive oil and grill on medium heat, turning every few minutes for about 8–10 minutes. (Optionally check doneness with a meat thermometer.)
