- Salt
- 40 g Butter
- A pinch of saffron strands
- Lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper

Place the lobsters head‑first into boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove, split lengthwise, and lay shell side down on a hot grill to sear for about 5 minutes.

Heat butter with saffron strands until fragrant, then season with salt, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Drizzle over the flesh side of the lobster before serving.
