Grilled Lobster

Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters (each 600g, pre‑cooked for 2 minutes)
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 40 g margarine
  • Salt
  • a pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Pre‑cook the lobsters for 1–2 minutes (or buy already pre‑cooked lobsters). Separate and lightly beat the claws. Split the lobster lengthwise, remove the gut and stomach.

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet (use two if needed) and sear the lobster halves on the meat side. Continuously spoon hot oil over the shell side. Flip the lobsters, add margarine to the pan, and continue cooking the shell side while constantly spooning melted fat over the meat until it turns golden brown. Add the beaten claws and cook for about 15–20 minutes.
