Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 green bell pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lobster tails (with shell, fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 250 g passata
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 50 ml dry white wine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 Bay leaves
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp chili sauce

(If using frozen lobster, thaw first.)

Peel and finely chop the onion; peel and crush the garlic cloves. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and membranes, and dice into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a pan and brown the lobster tails with shells for several minutes until they turn pink. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and sauté briefly.

Add parsley, passata, ketchup, wine, vinegar, bay leaves, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and chili sauce to the lobster tails; cover and simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes.
