Ingredients
- 400 g shrimp (pre‑cooked)
- lemons
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 400 g sweet potatoes
- Salt
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- pepper (ground)
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)','Basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the shrimp. Mix lemon juice with rosemary and 1 tbsp oil, peel and press garlic, add chili powder, toss shrimp in mixture and let marinate for about 1 hour.

Peel sweet potatoes, dice small, boil in salted water until tender about 8 minutes. Drain and mash with a potato masher. Add sour cream, butter, lime juice, salt and pepper; keep warm.

Heat remaining oil in a pan, cook shrimp on both sides for about 2 minutes. Plate shrimp with sweet potato puree, lime wedges and basil garnish.
