Ingredients
- 24 oysters
- 2 sprigs Basil
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 80 g grated parmesan
- 150 g radicchio
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Lemon slices (for serving)

Wash and open the oysters. Drain the water and loosen the oyster meat with a knife, leaving it in the shell. Rinse the basil, pat dry and finely chop. Mix with 3-4 tbsp oil, press in the peeled garlic, and drizzle over the oysters. Sprinkle with parmesan and grill on high heat under a closed lid for 6-8 minutes.

Wash, trim, and slice the radicchio into fine strips. Arrange on plates, drizzle with oil and lemon juice, and place the grilled oysters on top. Garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
