Ingredients

  • 2 slices of lamb leg (about 200 g each, about 2 cm thick)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary needles
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

    Brush the lamb with oil and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

    Grill on a hot grill for about 3-4 minutes per side. Quarter the lemon, place it on the grill, and cook alongside the lamb. Serve the grilled lamb hot.
