Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 120 ml lukewarm water
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 80 g tapenade
  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 200 g feta
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • thyme (dried)
  • pepper (ground)
  • flour (for working)

Instructions

    Knead all dough ingredients well and let rise covered in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

    Wash, peel, and slice zucchini into very thin ribbons or shave with a mandoline.

    Wash tomatoes and quarter them.

    Peel onion and cut into rings.

    Divide dough into four pieces and roll each into a pizza on a floured surface. Spread tapenade over the base and sprinkle ground beef on top. Arrange tomato quarters and zucchini ribbons, then scatter feta, oregano, and onion rings. Grill each pizza covered for about 10 minutes.
