Ingredients

  • 360 g goat cheese roll (2 goat cheese rolls)
  • 10 grape leaves
  • 1 lemon (organic)
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Cut each goat cheese roll into 5-6 slices. Wash the lemon, dry rub, finely grate the zest and squeeze the juice. Marinate the goat cheese in the lemon juice briefly and sprinkle with zest and pepper.

    Wrap each slice in a grape leaf and secure with a wooden skewer. Brush the grape leaf with oil. Grill the parcels on the hot grill at the edge area about 2-3 min per side. Serve hot with white bread and wine.
