Ingredients

  • 300 g oats
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 40 g dried fruit of choice, chopped (e.g., apricots, raisins)
  • 2 tart apples
  • 2 pears
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 1 peach
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

    Mix oats with juices and dried fruit.

    Wash one apple and pear, quarter them, remove cores, grate, mix with yogurt and oats.

    Wash another apple and the peach, halve them, remove seeds, cut into thin slices.

    Spread oatmeal mixture in oven-safe ramekins, top with apple and peach slices, add butter pieces, sprinkle sugar. Grill preheated for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
