Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 2 untreated limes
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 g tuna fillet (ready to cook, skinless)
  • 300 g salmon fillet (ready to cook, skinless)

Instructions

    Peel the garlic, wash the chili, cut it lengthwise, remove seeds and finely chop with the garlic in a blender. Add lime zest, juice of one lime and coriander, blend and combine with oil into a smooth paste, season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the fish, pat dry, cut each fillet into four equal portions and brush with the paste.

    Place on a hot grill and cook about 2 minutes per side so the center remains slightly raw. Plate and serve with various salads.
