- 5 sprigs thyme
- 120 g air‑dried turkey ham (sliced)

Cut feta into finger‑thick sticks. Wash thyme, shake dry, strip leaves from stems and sprinkle over the feta sticks. Wrap each stick with a slice of turkey ham and grill all sides for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
