Grilled corn with Parmesan from Spoonsparrow is always delicious!
Ingredients
- 4 corn cobs
- Salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 50 g Parmesan (1 piece)
- 1 Lime
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 30 g yogurt butter (2 tbsp)
- Sea salt
- chili powder
Instructions

Clean the corn cobs and simmer in boiling water with salt and sugar for about 15 minutes over low heat.

Meanwhile, grate the Parmesan. Wash the lime hot and quarter it.

Remove the corn from the pot and let drain. Brush thinly with oil and grill on a hot grill, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes.

Top the corn with butter flakes, season with salt and chili, and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve with lime wedges.
