Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 6 tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 cooked corn cobs
- arugula leaf for garnish
Instructions

Wash the chicken thighs and pat dry with kitchen paper. Mix salt, paprika, and oil; brush the mixture all over the thighs.

Grill covered on a preheated grill for 20-25 minutes (indirect grilling), turning occasionally.

Meanwhile cut the corn cobs into sections and heat in hot water. Just before the end of the chicken cooking time, place the corn sticks on the grill.

Arrange grilled chicken thighs and corn sticks on plates and garnish with arugula leaves. Stick small wooden skewers or toothpicks into the corn sticks.
