Grilled Chicken Breast with Peach

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets (about 180 g each)
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 peaches
- Salt
- garnish
- organic rose petals
- parsley
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, rub with Garam Masala, curry powder, and olive oil. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Wash the peaches, halve them, and pit them.

Season the chicken breasts and grill or cook in a grill pan for about 10-15 minutes until cooked through, turning several times to brown evenly. Grill the peach halves on the meat side for about 5 minutes, then flip and let rest.

Arrange both on plates and serve garnished with rose petals and parsley.
