Ingredients
- 500 g Green Asparagus
- 2 chicken breast fillets (skinless)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 lime (quartered)
Instructions

Peel the lower third of the asparagus if needed, wash, trim ends and boil in salted water for about 12 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.
