Ingredients

  • 500 g Green Asparagus
  • 2 chicken breast fillets (skinless)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 lime (quartered)

Instructions

    Peel the lower third of the asparagus if needed, wash, trim ends and boil in salted water for about 12 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.

    Brush chicken breasts with oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill each side for approximately 5 minutes.
