Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 16 potatoes
  • olive oil (for brushing)
  • aluminum foil
  • 1 small can tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • chili powder
  • 1 small can corn kernels (ca. 150 g)

Instructions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly and cook with skins on for about 20 minutes until just tender, then drain and let cool. Brush potatoes with oil, sprinkle with salt, and wrap in aluminum foil.

    Place the wrapped potatoes a short distance from the coals or at the grill edge and grill for about 15 minutes.

    For the sauce, peel and chop onion and garlic, sauté in hot olive oil until translucent, add tomatoes with juice, crush them, and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder, then stir in drained corn kernels and reheat.

    Brush chicken breast fillets with oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill each side for about 4-5 minutes.
