Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 onion
  • paprika peppers (2 yellow and 2 red each)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 200 g Wild rice mix

Instructions

    Brush the chicken thighs with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan and bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes.

    Wash, trim, halve, seed, remove white membranes from the paprika, and cut into small pieces. Peel and dice the onion; sauté in hot butter until translucent, add the paprika and cook briefly, season with salt and pepper, pour in wine, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes, then increase heat to evaporate most liquid.

    Plate the chicken thighs with the paprika-onion vegetable and serve alongside wild rice mix.
