Ingredients
- 600 g ground beef
- Salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 egg yolk
- oil
- wooden skewers
- red bell pepper strips
Instructions

Knead the ground beef, salt, pressed garlic, shallots, paprika powder and egg yolk together and shape into 8–10 cm long rolls.

Insert these onto wooden skewers, brush with oil and grill over high heat (or under a hot oven broiler) for about 10 minutes, turning slowly until golden brown. Garnish with thin strips of red bell pepper if desired.
