Grilled Asparagus with Bacon

- 500 g Green Asparagus
- 500 g white asparagus
- Salt
- 150 g smoked ham (sliced)
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil

Preheat the grill.

Peel the lower third of the green asparagus, trim ends and wash. Completely peel and wash the white asparagus. Blanch both types in salted water: first add the white asparagus, after about 2 minutes add the green asparagus. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, shock in cold water and drain. Wrap each spear with a slice of bacon and grill on an oiled electric grill or in an oiled aluminum tray over charcoal for about 5 minutes until crisp brown.
