Fresh green vegetable mix delivers plenty of vitamins, minerals and secondary plant compounds!

Ingredients

  • 250 g green asparagus
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 150 g sugar snap peas
  • 150 g thick green beans
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the asparagus, trim woody ends, peel lower third and cut stems diagonally into large pieces. Clean the broccoli, wash it and break into florets. Trim the sugar snap peas, wash them, cut off ends and also slice diagonally.

    Wash the beans. Blanch beans for 6 minutes in boiling salted water, drain and shock with cold water.

    Heat butter in a pan. Peel and crush garlic, then toss it in the butter. Add vegetables and sauté everything over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove garlic before serving. Season green vegetables with salt and pepper.
