Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Mint (20 g)
  • 3 stems Lemon balm
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 1 Pear (green)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp Almonds (shelled)
  • 500 g Kefir

Instructions

    Wash mint and lemon balm, shake dry, pluck a few leaves and set aside for decoration. Wash spinach and shake dry. Wash pear, halve, core and chop into coarse pieces. Peel banana and cut into small pieces. Squeeze lemon.

    Blend 2/3 of the spinach, mint and lemon balm with 1 tbsp almonds, lemon juice and 3-5 tbsp water with a hand blender until smooth. Distribute the mixture into four glasses.

    Puree banana with pear, remaining spinach and remaining almonds with the mixer. Then stir in 350 g kefir.

    Pour the kefir mixture onto the green layer. Finally, add the remaining kefir and decorate with the reserved leaves and serve.
