Green sauce with boiled egg with FRoSTA: This classic tastes great not only in Frankfurt!
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1–2 tsp mustard
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 100 g Sour cream
- 100 g thickened sour cream
- 1 pack FRoSTA 8 – herbs (115 g)
Instructions

Hard boil the eggs and halve them. Squeeze the yolks through a sieve into a bowl using one tablespoon.

Mix yolks with salt, pepper, and mustard.

Stir in oil, sour cream, and thickened sour cream.

Dice the egg whites and fold them with the herbs into the sauce.
