Ingredients

  • 800 g green beans
  • Salt
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 g feta
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Dried oregano
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

    Clean, wash and drain the beans; cut as needed. Boil in heavily salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain, shock with ice water, and let dry. Peel and finely dice the onions. Briefly blanch tomatoes in boiling water, remove, rinse cold, and peel. Cube the feta. Wash parsley, shake dry, and finely chop.
