Greek Salad with Feta and Olives

Try the Greek salad with feta and olives from Spoonsparrow as a side for grilling or as a light lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- 4 mild pickled peppers
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g black olives
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions

Clean and slice the cucumber into about ½ cm thick rounds. Clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel the onions and cut them into thin rings. Slice the peppers lengthwise, remove seeds, and cut into thin rings. Crumble or cube the sheep cheese.

Whisk vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk. Gradually fold in the olive oil.

Arrange cucumber and tomato slices, onion and pepper rings on four plates decoratively. Distribute olives over them. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle feta on top and dust with oregano.
