Grapefruit Fruit Salad

A refreshing fruit salad featuring juicy grapefruit and a mix of melon, berries, and a sweet lemon-honey dressing. Garnished with fresh mint for a bright finish.

Ingredients

  • 4 pink grapefruits
  • 0.25 Galia melon
  • 0.25 honeydew melon
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 150 g blackberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Halve the grapefruits and separate the flesh from the membranes, cutting into smaller pieces.

    Pit the galia melon and use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh. Wash and pat dry the raspberries and blackberries.

    Combine the fruit with lemon juice and honey, fill the grapefruit halves, and serve garnished with mint.
