A fresh tart featuring juicy grapes in a buttery crust.
Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 500 green grapes
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 30 g sugar
- vanilla beans
- 3 eggs
- powdered sugar

For the dough, quickly knead flour, cold butter, egg, sugar and a pinch of salt into a dough, shape it into a ball, wrap in foil and chill for 30 minutes.

Wash grapes and pat dry. Whisk sour cream, sugar, vanilla essence and eggs; fold in grapes. Grease a tart pan. Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface, place in the pan and press edges. Spread the grape filling over the crust.
