Grape Jelly with Grappa

Ingredients

  • 1 l grape juice
  • 2 limes
  • 4 sprigs lemon balm
  • 400 g gelatin sugar (3:1)
  • 40 ml grappa

Instructions

    Wash the lemon balm, pat dry and place in jars.

    Cut four slices of a lime and add them to the jars; squeeze out the rest of the lime and the other lime. Bring together with grape juice and sugar to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes while stirring. Perform a gel test, add Grappa, pour into jars, and chill for at least 2 hours. Alternatively fill canning jars, seal tightly, and let cool standing on their heads.
