Grape Compote

Ingredients

  • 300 g seedless green grapes
  • 300 g seedless blue grapes
  • 250 ml red grape juice
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 250 g yogurt (19% fat)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 4 tsp chopped pistachios

Instructions

    Rinse grapes, pluck them from stems and halve them. Bring grape juice to a boil. Add the grapes. Dissolve cornstarch in a little cold water and stir it into the grapes while stirring. Boil once. Let cool.

    Stir yogurt with sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. Whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the yogurt.

    Serve the grape compote topped with the cream and sprinkled with pistachios.
