Ingredients
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 1 Spring onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 125 ml sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2-3 tsp chili powder
- crushed Szechuan peppercorns
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions

Peel and chop the ginger. Wash the spring onion and slice into thin rings. Peel and crush the garlic cloves.

Combine all ingredients with the soy sauce, vinegar, chili powder, and Szechuan peppercorns in a pot.

Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove from heat. After 5 minutes, stir in the sesame oil.
