- 600 g green peas (frozen)
- Salt
- 5 dill stalks
- 150 g butter
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- pepper (ground)

Let the peas thaw and blanch in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water, and let them dry well. Rinse the dill, shake off excess moisture, pluck the tips from the stalks, and roughly chop.

In a pan melt the butter, sprinkle in the breadcrumbs, lightly brown them, then stir in the peas, season with salt and pepper, and spoon into small bowls. Let cool slightly, garnish with dill, and serve.
