Ingredients
- 300 g glass noodles
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 200 g bean sprouts
- 6 Spring Onions
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- soy sauce
- fish sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions

Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water and drain.

Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into cubes.

Rinse the bean sprouts and drain.

Wash the spring onions, trim and cut into ~2 cm pieces.

Wash the chili peppers, halve lengthwise, deseed and slice very thinly.

Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop.

Sauté the chili, garlic, sesame and ginger in hot oil. Add the chicken, sear briefly, then stir in the spring onions and bean sprouts. Cook together while stirring for about 2-3 minutes. Then add the noodles and season with soy sauce and fish sauce to taste.
