Ginger Orange Punch

Ingredients

  • 3 cm ginger
  • 0.5 tsp black tea
  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • 3 oranges (juice)
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

    Boil 250 ml water with sliced ginger. Add the tea, remove from heat and steep for about 4 minutes.

    Grate the chocolate and fill four glasses. Squeeze juice of oranges and lemon into a pot. Strain the ginger-black tea through a fine sieve and pour over the fruit juices, letting it warm again but not boil. Sweeten with honey to taste, pour into glasses, and serve garnished with a cinnamon stick each.
