Ingredients

  • 2 kg mandarin
  • 3 cm fresh ginger

Instructions

    Place the mandarins in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Slice or shave the ginger into four very thin, large slices. Peel and finely grate 1.5 cm of the remaining ginger.

    Halve the mandarins, squeeze out the juice, and mix it with the grated ginger.

    Fill glasses with the mixture, garnish each with a slice of ginger, and serve.
