Grape Celery Juice

Grape celery juice: With potassium it frees the body from retained fluid.

Ingredients

  • 150 g ripe light grapes (preferably organic)
  • 100 g stalks of celery (1 stalk)
  • 150 g wheatgrass
  • 3 dried melon pieces
  • Also: ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the grapes thoroughly under running warm water, drain in a sieve and pluck them from the stems.

    Wash, clean, strip if necessary, and roughly chop the celery.

  3. 3.

    Wash the wheatgrass, shake dry and coarsely chop it.

  4. 4.

    Finely dice the dried melon strips.

  5. 5.

    Juice the grapes, celery and wheatgrass in a juicer. Pour the grape‑celery juice into a glass with ice cubes and garnish with melon cubes.
