Cucumber Yogurt Drink

A refreshing drink made with fresh cucumber, celery stalks, sorrel, yogurt, and a touch of oil. Enjoy this and other recipes from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 2 salad cucumbers
- 300 g celery stalks
- 150 g sorrel
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 10 ice cubes

Wash and trim the cucumbers, celery stalks, and sorrel.

Set aside 4 small celery tips with leaves. Cut the remaining celery sticks and cucumbers into pieces and juice them in a juicer; season with salt and pepper.

Shake dry sorrel and finely puree it with yogurt; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Crush the ice cubes finely and fill glasses with them. Spoon the sorrel-yogurt mixture over the ice, then carefully pour the cucumber-celery juice on top. Drizzle a little oil and garnish with celery sticks before serving.
