Ingredients
- 50 g ginger
- 150 g butter
- 70 g honey
- 1 egg
- 150 g flour
- 75 g buckwheat flour
- 50 g almond kernels
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch clove

Peel and finely chop the ginger. Beat the butter until fluffy, then stir in the egg and honey. Fold in the flour, almonds, and spices, knead the dough by hand, and roll into three logs of 2.5 cm diameter.

Wrap each log individually in foil and chill for 1 hour. Slice finger‑thick rounds from the rolls, place on a parchment‑lined baking sheet, and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
