Ingredients
- 500 ml light red wine
- 300 ml hibiscus tea
- 1 untreated orange (best organic)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 2 cloves
- 3 tbsp rum
- 8 pieces raw cane sugar cubes
- candy sugar (optional)

Wash the orange, dry it, and slice into rounds. Set aside four slices for garnish; combine the rest with red wine, hibiscus tea, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and raw cane sugar until just before boiling, then turn off the heat and let steep for 30 minutes.

Heat the punch to drinking temperature, stir in the rum, pour into punch glasses, and decorate each with an orange slice. Serve hot and sweeten with candy sugar if desired.
