Ingredients

  • 2 pickles
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 head of Lollo bionda lettuce
  • 100 g Gouda (thin slices)
  • 6 burger buns
  • 800 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 0.5 tube ketchup (red white)
  • 0.5 tube mayonnaise (red white)
  • peppercorns
  • butter for frying
  • 6 small black olives
  • garden cress (from the garden)

Instructions

    Slice the pickles thinly. Wash and pat dry the tomato and lettuce. Cut circles from the cheese using a cutter. Halve the buns. Mix the ground beef with mustard, salt, and pepper; divide into 6 portions, shape each into a ball and flatten.

    Heat butter in a pan and fry the burgers on both sides until golden brown. Place some lettuce on the bottom bun half, then add the burger patty.
