Ingredients
- 250 g labneh
- 250 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1 handful mint
- 1 handful dill
- 2 Spring Onions
- Salt
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Blend labneh with yogurt, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of oil until smooth. Add a little water if needed. Rinse the mint and dill, shake dry, pat them dry, and set aside some for garnish; chop the rest finely.

Wash and trim the spring onions, slice into rings. Mix the herbs and onion rings into the labneh cream, season with salt to taste.

Serve in small bowls. Toss the pomegranate seeds with the remaining oil and scatter over the dip. Garnish with the reserved herbs before serving.
