Taste the summer! Fruity green salad from Spoonsparrow is a crisp starter or delicious side dish.
Ingredients
- 150 g lettuce
- 50 g lamb's quarters
- 200 g cantaloupe (flesh)
- 80 g raspberries
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions

Wash the lettuce, separate into leaves, clean, trim small pieces and dry by spinning.

Wash the lamb's quarters, clean, remove stems and spin dry.

Cut cantaloupe flesh into small cubes. Rinse raspberries.

Whisk vinegar with oil, salt and pepper; taste and adjust seasoning.

Combine the salad and fruit with the dressing, distribute onto bowls and sprinkle with nuts before serving.
