Ingredients

  • 150 g Field salad
  • 0.5 bunch spring onions
  • 70 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 2 thin slices whole grain toast
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Wash, trim and rinse the field salad. Wash, trim and slice the spring onions into rings. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper and oil to make a dressing.

    Cut the toast slices into small cubes and toast them in hot butter in a pan. Before serving mix the field salad, mushrooms and spring onions with the dressing and sprinkle the croutons on top.
