Ingredients
- 50 g Raspberries
- 50 g Blueberries
- 1 small lemon
- 450 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 g Sour cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 150 ml whipping cream
Instructions
-
1.
Rinse the raspberries. Wash and drain the blueberries well. Halve the lemon and juice it. Mix yogurt, sour cream, 3 tbsp lemon juice, and powdered sugar.
-
2.
Beat the cream to half‑stiff peaks and fold in gently.
-
3.
Divide the mixture into thirds: leave one third as is; blend one third with raspberries and another third with blueberries.
-
4.
Fill each of two small glasses with the different ice mixtures and chill for about 25 minutes.
-
5.
Insert plastic stir sticks, wooden skewers, or French fry forks into the glasses and freeze solid overnight. To serve, warm the glasses slightly in your palm and remove the ice on the stick with ease.
