Ingredients
- 250 g red currants
- 250 g black currants
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 200 ml cold red grape juice
- 50 ml cassis
- mint (for garnish)

Wash, clean, rinse the berries, pat dry, then pass them through a fine sieve. Freeze the purée in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a blender with sugar, grape juice and cassis; blend until smooth. Place the blended fruit into a shallow metal bowl and freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring vigorously every 20–30 minutes. When firm, scoop into chilled bowls and serve garnished with mint.
