Ingredients
- 12 sheets white gelatin
- 2 pomegranates
- 200 ml pomegranate juice
- 3 oranges
- 600 ml clear apple juice

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Halve and seed the pomegranates. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife and remove the segments between the membranes. Squeeze the juice from the remaining membranes and heat it together with the pomegranate juice and 100 ml water. Drain the gelatin and dissolve it in the warm liquid.

Pour the apple juice over the mixture and distribute into four small bowls (about 250 ml capacity). Add the pomegranate seeds and orange segments, then chill for at least 3 hours. To serve, pour the jelly dessert out of the molds and garnish with pomegranate seeds as desired.
